We recommend that you read carefully the following information before registering

Registration for the conference includes attendance to virtual technical sessions and invited lectures.

     **In same cases VAT is not due. 

     The fees paid by foreign Companies or Institutions are not subject to VAT and they already appear 
     without VAT in the 
registration process.

Please note that student registration must be accompanied by a letter from Head of Department/School/Institute confirming full-time student status.

Each registration covers up to one (1) accepted authored paper, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of the paper. Additional papers will require additional full registration fees.

Authors must register, pay the registration fee and present their papers at the virtual conference.

Co-authors can register themself to the Conference website in order to participate at the Conference, writing in the Note field in the registration form "Co-author of the Paper ID number, title of the paper and the registered speaker's name".

Participants without papers submitted can attend the virtual conference by registering and paying the registration fee. 

For all the payments an electronic invoice will be issued and a courtesy copy of electronic the invoice will be sent via email.

Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status at the registration. Please send an email to the Registration Secretariat attaching a copy of your Student ID (VLSI-SoC2021@axeacongress.com).

Presenting authors must register in advance (before July 19th 2021) for inclusion of their paper in the Conference program.

Please keep in mind that for Early Bird fees, both registration AND payment are due by July 19th, 2021.
 

PAYMENT

The form is secure and if you decide to pay by credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

  • BANK TRANSFER

Very important note:
Copy of bank draft must clearly indicate:

  • Family name(s) and first name(s) of delegate/s
  • the name of the Company or Institution
  • the reference: VLSI-SoC 2021

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Registration Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to:

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the VLSI-SoC 2021 Registration Secretariat at VLSI-SoC2021@axeacongress.com

REFUNDS
before September 24th, 2021: 50% (after bank expenses deduction)
after September 24th, 2021: no refund
Refunds will be made after the Conference.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

LIABILITY

The contributors have been carefully selected and the Conference has been carefully prepared. VLSI-SoC 2021 organizers cannot accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to Event documentation and content, unless the damage is the direct consequence of an intentional act or gross negligence.

DISPUTES
All agreements between  VLSI-SoC 2021 organizers and the Other Party and all disputes which may arise between the Parties shall be exclusively subject to Italian Law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data provided to VLSI-SoC 2021 organizers for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the Event.
VLSI-SoC 2021 organizers will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) identified above.
